The issue is I see nice barking on the fringe of the scoop and very nice barking on the fake ice cream mound I am scooping from. The issue is that I am getting a totally smooth and shiny appearance on the half sphere. Is this my scooping technique at fault or do I likely not have enough powdered/icing sugar in the mix for more barking effect?
