Couldn't help but notice you are a tea person, me too!  I have been a regular purchaser of T but in the past few years my favourite tea is a Chinese black tea Pu'er procured from the Ten Ren Tea Company in Chinatown.  Try the 12 year or older.  Dark, rich, sweet undertone and never is bitter.  Also makes the best iced tea.
