(Mine is, after careful consideration: BBQ corn on the cob, only complete when paired with a lot of salt and butter. Delish!)

you MUST try the corn at cafe habana in nyc - I blogged about it not too long ago…
my favorite - bbq chicken thigh sandwiches. like pulled pork, but not shredded. and not, well, pork.

I don’t know if it’s from childhood BBQ’s, or something else that makes me crave it when it’s hot and sunny out, but it really is one of my favorite summer dinners…yum yum. Too bad summer is over for another year.
